Mario vs. Diddy bug fixes!

Mario vs. Diddy Bug Fixes are here! I fixed 2 bugs

1. Fixed the bug where you can go through Diddy's shield in the first and final bosses

2. Fixed the bug where you die immediately upon starting the Dream bossfight

And also  I updated the stages to accommodate for the widescreen format as the game was originally made in 4:3
